Maintain clean, protected facilities through detailed cleaning and painting work. This position includes light maintenance, inspections, and occasional weekend availability. The Cleaner and Painter completes facility cleaning, guest suite turnover, and general sanitation duties. The work also includes residential or commercial painting, drywall repair, and basic repairs. Successful candidates follow safety procedures, manage supplies, and report property issues.

Requirements:
