Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of gas station attendants, cashiers. Assign duties to staff and prepare work schedules to ensure smooth daily operations. Train recent employees on job responsibilities, customer service procedures, cash handling, and workplace policies. Monitor employee performance and provide guidance to ensure duties are completed efficiently and accurately. Oversee the sale of fuel and convenience store merchandise at the gas station. Manage cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales and payments. Monitor fuel and merchandise inventory, verify stock availability, and arrange for replenishment as required. Prepare and maintain reports on daily sales, inventory levels, cash transactions, and employee performance.



Order merchandise and supplies and coordinate with suppliers regarding deliveries and stock shortages. Address customer inquiries and complaints in accordance with company policies. Ensure the gas station premises are clean, organized, and well-maintained. Employment Requirements ~ Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. ~1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field. ~ Ability to communicate effectively in English. Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities Ability to work in a fast-paced gas station environment. Ability to pay close attention to detail when handling cash, monitoring sales, and maintaining inventory. Availability to work flexible shifts, including morning, daytime, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, as required. Personal Attributes Reliable, dependable, and punctual.
