This hourly Customer Service Representative supports Tirecraft’s growing Distribution Centre team. The role combines customer inquiries, order entry, shipment coordination, and daily operational support. Experience with passenger, commercial, agricultural, and off road tires is relevant to the work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer customer calls and process orders in Costar
- Coordinate order picking with the shipping receiving dock
- Communicate back order status and requested information
- Process National Accounts and customer credits accurately
- Arrange LTL pickups and process shipment documents

Requirements:

- Customer service experience in distribution or manufacturing
- Experience with passenger, commercial, agricultural, and off road tires
- Valid driver’s license and clean abstract
- Organized approach with keen attention to detail
- Passion for customer service
