Philip Coates, Area Sales Director, East Develop existing and current customer relationships within sales territory, to serve as a strategic partner Act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions Responsible for securing, negotiating, and maintaining customer agreements Use account management skills to plan and coordinate customer marketing and growth programs for customers Gathers input from other company functions to fully satisfy the customers' needs Collaborate with Technical Sales, Insides Sales, and Customer Service to meet customer needs Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients Develop a thorough understanding of market conditions in assigned territory and develop a strategy to achieve revenue goals Conduct territory analysis and planning to enable appropriate allocation of time to accounts and customers Pipeline and forecast management for current and prospect customers along with evaluating opportunities and risks Communicates regularly and prepare reports on key performance indicators and sales progress within the sales funnel/cycle and achievements Perform all activities ethically and in full compliance of all laws, safety,



and environmental regulations, and in a manner consistent with company policies and procedures You have 5+ years of relevant sales or related experience; You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. You have knowledge of the packaging and label industry, which is an asset but not required. You have experience with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com.
