Lead HSE compliance at FLINT using OHS regulations, technical expertise, and safety practices across employees and subcontractors. Frequent travel to remote sites is required. This HSE Lead position supports maintenance projects and promotes health, safety, and environmental standards. You will provide HSE training support, manage WCB with Human Resources, and advise management on OHS and company compliance. Promote HSE practices among employees and subcontractors Provide technical support for HSE training and development Advise on OHS and company standards compliance Knowledge of HSE Management Systems and audit tools Relevant safety tickets, including WHMIS and H2S Alive Ability to lead HSE Advisors effectively Apply HSE compliance, OHS knowledge, and incident investigation expertise while supporting safety across FLINT maintenance projects. #
