The Registration Clerk is responsible for the accurate and efficient scheduling and registration of all patients in the hospital ADT and Scheduling System. Administrative or Secretarial diploma preferred Medical/Psychiatry terminology an asset Courses in Mental Health an asset Previous clerical experience in a hospital/medical workplace preferred. ~ Strong knowledge base of medical and psychiatric terminology. ~ Strong customer service skills and experience required. ~ Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office; Windows, Word, Excel and Outlook email.
