You will ensure data quality, review ICD-10CA/CCI coding, and liaise between clinicians and HIM professionals to optimize documentation across SHN's acute care environments.
Based at the General Site or Birchmount campus, you will audit coded data, support QA activities, and contribute to CIHI submissions.
