Shape competency-based education through curriculum design and blended learning as a permanent full time Nurse Educator in Central Zone, Nova Scotia. Reporting to the Manager, the Nurse Educator designs, maintains, delivers, and evaluates Learning Institute programs. You will support transition to practice, practice progression, and learner-centred outcomes through adult learning, pedagogy, and educational consultation. Assess, plan, develop, implement, and evaluate education programs Maintain and deliver Learning Institute curriculum Provide learning and education consultation Bachelor of Science in Nursing or Bachelor of Nursing Master’s degree in nursing, education, or related discipline Minimum three years’ nursing specialty experience Active Nova Scotia Nursing and Midwifery Regulator license Apply curriculum development, adult learning, and blended learning expertise to advance education with Nova Scotia Health. #
