Guest Service Agent
- New Lodge Opening Near Chapleau, ON Exciting opportunity ARAMARK Remote Workplace Services is hiring Guest Service Agent for a brand-new remote lodge opening near Chapleau, Ontario at the end of November. The Guest Service Agent is responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction by assisting with guest needs, booking reservations, act as a point of reference for guests who need information and resolving or escalating any guest concerns or issues. Responsible for oversight or delegation of responsibilities within the guest services operation. 14 days on / 14 days off rotation ~10 or 12-hour shifts based on operational requirements ~ Meals and accommodations provided while on site ~ Ongoing training, development, and mentorship opportunities ~ Pre-employment Drug & Alcohol (D&A;) testing Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, including distribution and collection of registration paperwork. Enter registration data into site software and other systems. Perform administrative tasks such as filing, document preparation, and data entry. Open and close the front office as scheduled. Provide exceptional service to all clients and employees.
