You will be on the front lines of our national sales team: identifying, onboarding, and developing dealer relationships that deliver lasting results, and reporting directly on territory performance. Compensation: $60,000+ base salary, plus performance commission and an $800/month vehicle allowance. But you will thrive here if you bring the right combination of sales drive, relationship instincts, and automotive industry know-how. 1+ years of experience in automotive sales, warranty products, or B2B business development ~ Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills,



with a deep understanding of automotive dealership operations and service department dynamics ~ Proven ability to deliver compelling presentations and conduct effective training sessions for diverse audiences ~ Familiarity with CRM tools and pipeline management to ensure efficient tracking and execution of sales strategies ~ Reliable vehicle with a valid driver's license and comfort with frequent in-territory travel across Alberta Bonus Points For Established relationships within Alberta's automotive dealership community Experience supporting dealer onboarding and co-op marketing programs Background in training dealership staff across F&I; and service departments Familiarity with provincial regulatory requirements affecting dealership operations Optiom is a specialty MGA and a wholly owned subsidiary of Aviva Canada, one of the country's largest property and casualty insurers.
