- $50,000 Permanent Temporary, Permanent, Full-time, Part-time Hours of Work Hours of Work: 8:00AM -5:00PM, Monday-Friday Heures de travail: 20 to 30 hours per week Job Responsibilities Perform general administrative duties including answering phones, responding to emails, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office supplies. Prepare, edit, and format correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as required. Assist with filing, data entry, and record-keeping to ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.



Assist with accounts payable/receivable processes including invoice tracking and purchase orders Maintain organized filing systems (electronic and physical) and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information. Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate staff member or department. Provide administrative support for special projects as assigned. Requirements & Qualifications High school diploma required; post-secondary education in Office Administration or a related field considered an asset. Previous administrative or office support experience preferred. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Professional, positive attitude and robust interpersonal skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
