Compensation: $62,000 – $91,000 CAD base pay annually plus annual short-term incentive The base salary offered may vary based on a variety of factors including skills, experience, education, training, job
- related knowledge, and other organizational requirements. For part-time roles, salaries are adjusted according to scheduled hours. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible to participate in Maple Leaf’s annual short-term incentive plan. Drive a strong Food Safety and Health & Safety culture in keeping with the Maple Leaf Food Safety Promise Foster and maintain positive union and employee relations environments, through counselling sessions, investigations or grievance meetings as needed Work closely with the team members to deliver winning results to meet both daily and weekly production schedules Responsible for daily administrative duties such as payroll, scheduling and shift reports Support and lead special projects, and continuous improvement initiatives Ability to develop, foster, and influence relationships within the plant team and external stakeholders to support a common goal. ~ Strong independent, creative, and critical thinking skills. ~ Strong personal accountability for individual and team results We’re looking for individuals who have a continuous improvement mindset, are critical thinkers and are intensely curious. Being results-oriented, organized,



and capable of working independently while managing multiple priorities will contribute to achieving success in this role. We’re data driven and analytics play a big part in this role, which requires comfort with advanced software skills in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel and Power BI.
