The Role: Dedicated Recruitment Consultant In this role, you will spend most of your time developing current business opportunities, managing client relationships, sourcing and interviewing candidates, and coordinating the recruitment process from initial contact through to successful placement. You will work closely with clients, candidates, and internal recruitment teams to deliver high-quality staffing solutions across temporary, permanent, and contract positions. This role balances business development and sales with recruitment delivery, ensuring clients receive exceptional service while candidates experience a professional and supportive hiring process. Develop new business through prospecting,



networking, referrals, and client meetings. Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients. Conduct client needs assessments and develop tailored recruitment solutions. Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates for temporary and permanent opportunities. Maintain accurate candidate and client records within the CRM/ATS. Achieve recruitment, sales, and business development targets. Provide market insights, salary guidance, and recruitment advice to clients. Deliver an exceptional experience for both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
