The primary goal of the Service Account Representative is to ensure client satisfaction, contract delivery and secure projects with our existing client base. Utilize the training provided to prospect, qualify, support estimating, prepare proposals, and secure sustainable service project business Establish and maintain working relationships with customers and ensure contract delivery is to Black & McDonalds' expectations. Work with existing and new customers to develop life cycle plans for their facilities Write proposals,



conduct equipment surveys and develop proposals that will create value for our clients Review results of completed projects with Management and project team members Assist with any special requests Provide feedback and recommendations on marketing efforts based on direct experiences with clients Continual professional and personal development Customer Focus A university degree or college diploma in business, engineering or related field as appropriate. Years of experience as a qualified tradesperson in the construction, mechanical and/or HVAC industry may substitute for education requirements. WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS ~1-3 years' experience in HVAC, Electrical or Plumbing. ~ Experience with Mechanical trade account management. ~ Project sales experience would be considered an asset. ~ Building automation controls experience would be considered an asset.
