- Restaurant and food service managers We’re looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Restaurant Manager to lead our team, deliver exceptional service, and bring the barBURRITO experience to life Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience Wage rate: 39.00 hourly On site: There is no option to work remotely. Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget Monitor staff performance Organize and maintain inventory Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies Address customers’ complaints or concerns Provide customer service Manage events The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of 5–10 employees and ensuring smooth daily restaurant operations. Applicants must have Serving It Safe program certification and a valid Food Safety Certificate. Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint,



and MS Word is required to support administrative tasks, staff scheduling, reporting, and restaurant management activities. The candidate must also be willing to travel as needed and demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced workplace while handling pressure, repetitive tasks, and physically demanding duties. Personal suitability requirements include accuracy, client focus, dependability, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organization, reliability, and the ability to multitask effectively.
