You will collaborate with residents, families, visitors, and health team members while delivering care according to policies, physicians’ orders, nursing standards, and LTCH Act requirements. Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and deliver resident care with health team members

Requirements:

- Current Registered Practical Nurse license in good standing, Ontario
- Comprehensive long-term care nursing knowledge and practical techniques
- Demonstrated leadership ability in health care practice
- Empathy, patience, tact, and good physical and mental health
- Police check, Vulnerable Sector Screening, and medical clearance
