As an Auto Insurance Trainee, you will sell ICBC and private insurance products while building relationships with clients, teammates, and dealership partners. The position combines sales targets, auto insurance transactions, administrative support, and customer service. HUB provides full training for candidates without insurance experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Promote and sell ICBC and private insurance products
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Process renewals, current plates, transfers, and cancellations
- Upsell and cross-sell additional insurance products
- Support phone calls, administration, and inventory restocking

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong drive to exceed performance and sales goals
- Confident, outgoing, customer-first approach
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
- Level 1 Insurance License is an asset, not required
