Marcon Metalfab is hiring a CWB Certified Welder for its Delta facility. The schedule runs from 3:15 PM to 1:45 AM, with 10-hour shifts. The work involves steel manufacturing, welding equipment selection, component setup, and welded-surface inspection. TIG, aluminum, and stainless experience are assets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up welding components according to project specifications
- Select equipment and methods based on project requirements
- Inspect welded surfaces and structures for flaws
- Prepare parts using angle grinders before welding
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements for layout

Requirements:

- CWB Certified Welder qualification
- Three or more years in steel manufacturing
- Welding proficiency in all positions
- TIG, aluminum, or stainless experience is an asset
- Transparent communication skills in English
