As IKEA’s Unit Business Risk & Compliance Specialist, you will support a secure, secure, and resilient environment. The position requires risk management, safety practices, compliance knowledge, and stakeholder management skills. You will guide policy application, training, risk mitigation, and incident response across the unit.

Key Responsibilities:

- Promote risk awareness and risk-informed decision-making
- Guide teams on Ingka policies and local legislation
- Facilitate compliance, safety, and risk-related training
- Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks
- Support incident investigations and corrective action planning

Requirements:

- Minimum two years’ related risk or compliance experience
- Valid First Aid and CPR certification
- Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence
- Defensive Tactics certification considered an asset
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
