Reconcile complex customer accounts using Stripe, NetSuite, Tesorio, and Excel while working onsite full time for Boldr’s Invoice to Cash team.

As a Senior Accounts Receivable Associate, you support Collections and Cash Application through research and resolution. You own the AR JIRA queue, investigate inquiries, and coordinate with Billing, Sales Ops, RevOps, Tax, and Support. Your findings become resolved issues or customer-ready responses.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own, triage, investigate, and resolve AR JIRA tickets
- Run reconciliations across Stripe, billing systems, and the GL
- Research payments and investigate unapplied cash
- Document findings for collectors and Cash Application analysts
- Identify recurring issues and flag emerging patterns

Requirements:

- Associate degree in Accounting or related field
- Two-plus years in accounts receivable, billing, or finance operations
- Intermediate Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Experience with Stripe, NetSuite, Tesorio, JIRA, or Intercom
- Ability to work onsite full time and adapt schedules
