White Spot managers operate high-volume restaurants open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, generally with ateam of 50-100. As an Assistant Manager, you are the General Manager's " right hand," with ahuge opportunity to make adifference.

In addition to day-to-day shift management, Managers are responsible for:

- Hiring and training teammembers

- Creating apositive, welcoming environment for theirteam

- Maintaining the highest standards of service, cleanliness and foodsafety

- Demonstrating a " guest first" approachalways

- Developing and meeting financialplans

- Coordinating in-storepromotions

- Promoting their restaurant in the localmarket





Job Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as arestaurant manager

- Passion for service and commitment toquality

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Solid understanding of restaurant operational controls and financialstatements

- A proven record of training and developing ateam

- A thorough understanding of Food Safe and WorkSafe requirements

- High energy and awinning attitude

- Commitment to continuous learning and improvement
