As Speer’s Recruiter, you will manage hiring across engineering, design, product, sales, operations, and business functions. You will partner with leadership and hiring managers to define requirements, interviews, priorities, and evaluation criteria. Recruitment remains primary, with occasional onboarding coordination and people-related administration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage recruitment from sourcing through offer acceptance
- Source candidates through research, LinkedIn, communities, and referrals
- Conduct screening interviews and provide evidence-based recommendations
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers,



and onboarding activities
- Maintain pipelines, records, trackers, reports, and process improvements

Requirements:

- At least two years of recruitment experience
- Robust interviewing, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Success engaging candidates who were not actively searching
- Experience with ATS, HRIS, and recruitment platforms
- Technical recruiting experience in software, digital agency, or consultancy settings
