Lead labour relations and strategic HR support as Human Resources Manager with the Town of Greater Napanee on a 12-month contract. Reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer, this manager oversees organization-wide human resources practices and processes. The work spans employee relations, recruitment, performance management, policy development, investigations, compensation, benefits, and compliance. The position works 35 hours weekly.

Key Responsibilities
Advise the CAO, senior leaders, managers, and supervisors strategically Lead grievances, discipline, investigations, bargaining, and conflict resolution Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and employment transitions Administer policies, programs, compensation,



and employee perks Lead HR staff and ensure confidential service delivery

Requirements:
Post-secondary education in human resources, business, or related studies Minimum five years of progressively responsible HR experience Experience in employee and labour relations within unionized environments Knowledge of employment and labour legislation Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR information systems Apply labour relations, workforce planning, and sound judgment while supporting confidential human resources services across Greater Napanee. #J-18808-Ljbffr
