Position: Senior Property Damage and Restoration Expert
Type: Contract
Compensation: $20 - $60/hour
Commitment: 10 40 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Review property damage evidence for loss assessment and analysis
- Assess restoration scopes and estimate accuracy using Xactimate
- Identify key factors and policy coverage issues in property claims
- Document findings and methodology in explicit written reports
- Collaborate with project coordinators on deliverable requirements
- Offer insights to enhance AI-driven tools and workflows
Requirements
- Strong years in desk adjusting or restoration estimating
- Expertise with Xactimate and restoration costing processes
- Proven experience evaluating complex losses, especially flood claims
- Strong understanding of insurance policy coverage application
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Current state adjuster licenses are advantageous
- Experience in remote independent contributor roles preferred
