As a Care Support Assistant, you will work with the Long Term Care team in a resident-centered setting. You will support daily routines, activities, meals, housekeeping, laundry, admissions, transfers, and transportation. Your work helps create a warm, safe, and welcoming home for residents and families. Effective English communication and a high school diploma are required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide day-to-day care and support for residents
- Offer companionship, comfort, and meaningful social interaction
- Assist residents with events, routines, meals, and transportation
- Complete housekeeping, laundry,



bed making, and supply restocking
- Participate in admissions, orientations, and transfers as directed

Requirements:

- High school diploma successfully completed
- Safe Food Handling Certificate or willingness to obtain one
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Effective verbal and written English communication skills
- Vulnerable Sector Check and legal Canadian work eligibility
