Key Responsibilities:

- Process direct sales and consignment orders through email, phone, and EDI
- Process return requests and issue return authorizations
- Resolve customer invoice disputes within five business days
- Handle order status, tracking,



backorder, and general enquiries
- Manage customer and sales representative master data

Requirements:

- High School degree
- Minimum five years in Order Management and Customer Service
- Fluent written and oral English and French
- Working knowledge of Windows and SAP
- Robust communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
