As a Member Services Representative, you will manage member accounts, book Crunch One Kick Offs, and communicate club services. The position emphasizes referrals, territory outreach, telephone inquiries, and consistent sales-lead follow-up. You will help members and guests understand facilities, programs, schedules, and events while representing Crunch core values.

Key Responsibilities:

- Attract current business through referrals, outreach, and telephone inquiries
- Follow up consistently on sales leads and trial-pass calls
- Manage member accounts and book Crunch One Kick Offs




- Greet members and guests with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Communicate club services, programs, schedules, and special events

Requirements:

- Minimum one year of service-oriented experience
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand

Support Crunch Fitness members through customer service, sales follow-up, account management, and enthusiastic club engagement.
