Support seniors with daily living, bedside care, and dignity as a Health Care Aide at Sienna’s Medicine Hat Care Community. Reporting to a Wellness Manager, you will support residents within the Long Term Care team. Build relationships with residents and families while providing assistance guided by individual plans of care. Your work contributes to residents’ daily health, well-being, comfort, and fuller lives.

Key Responsibilities
Assist residents with eating, dressing, hygiene, and grooming Encourage communication through glasses and hearing aids Administer specific medication after prescribed training Maintain access to canes, walkers, and call bells Provide cognitive, social, emotional, spiritual, and oral care

Requirements:
Completed Health Care Aide program from an approved college Compassion and dedication to supporting seniors Proficiency in straightforward treatment procedures and bedside care Tact and diplomacy with seniors, families, and visitors Successful Vulnerable Sector Check and Canadian work eligibility Bring compassionate bedside care and daily living support to residents at Sienna’s Medicine Hat Care Community. #J-18808-Ljbffr
