We are currently looking for a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant at our Saskatoon base in the Corporate Services department. While you may not be flying the helicopter or providing patient care, as a member of STARS’ Corporate Services team, you will play an important role in STARS’ life‑saving mission. Reception & Customer Service – Serve as brand ambassador as the first point of contact for visitors, contractors, guests, and stakeholders, both in person and on the phone. Provide administrative support to the Provincial Director and general support to the base as needed. Coordinate and support base events such as recognition events and meetings, including making catering arrangements. Code and process invoices, and reconcile corporate credit card statements. Facilities & Base Operations – Act as the main contact to coordinate contractors and vendors to keep the base safe and well maintained. Manage supplies,



equipment, fleet vehicles, service contracts, and ensure appropriate preventative maintenance is scheduled. High school diploma and 2+ years of experience in office administration and/or reception. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional, courteous, and customer‑focused approach. Comfortable with technology, including strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams).
