Practice Plus Group is expanding its service and seeking a Substance Misuse Support Worker. HMP Risley is a Category C male prison housing around 1,100 people convicted of sexual offences. The service provides primary care, mental health, and substance misuse services across wings, clinics, inpatient facilities, and reception.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support substance misuse services across HMP Risley
- Work within a wider multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Contribute across wings and clinic areas
- Support services in inpatient facilities and reception

Requirements:

- Substance misuse experience
- Knowledge of current pathway issues
- Legal right to work in the UK
- Successful enhanced vetting and security checks
- Availability Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00
