Lead secondary Science programs at Holy Trinity Catholic High School through curriculum guidance, collaboration, and student achievement accountability. This is a full-time appointment.

The Department Head serves on the school leadership team and supports program implementation within a Catholic environment. The position requires leadership in curriculum design, Ministry guidelines, school improvement planning, and professional development. It also connects school administration with department members.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide department leadership and guidance for program implementation
- Coordinate communication between administration and department members
- Facilitate appropriate delivery of Science programs




- Compile Ministry and Board curriculum requirements
- Lead professional development supporting the school improvement plan

Requirements:

- Intermediate and Senior Science qualifications
- Honour Specialist qualification in Science
- Minimum five years teaching in the secondary panel
- Understanding of current secondary education priorities
- Strong interpersonal and team-oriented leadership skills
