As a Senior Product Designer, you will shape Okta’s expansive product portfolio with designers, researchers, Product Management, and Engineering. You will solve complex identity problems through user-centric, technically feasible experiences aligned with business needs. The work spans discovery, interaction design, information architecture, visual design, and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive product design strategy and meaningful user and business impact
- Connect user insights, systems thinking, and business goals
- Frame problems and explore solutions with cross-functional partners




- Design end-to-end flows across personas and Okta products
- Present concepts and influence product decisions through storytelling

Requirements:

- Five or more years of Product Designer experience
- Portfolio demonstrating complex technical projects across design disciplines
- Experience incorporating AI into design processes and collaboration
- Ability to own discovery through execution, handoff, and delivery
- Availability for Toronto orientation and two office days weekly
