This pharmacist works shifts provided by the Relief Coordinator and serves an assigned territory. Core responsibilities include medication reviews, health risk assessments, care plans, prescription safety, adherence monitoring, and counselling for current therapies. The position also supports customers, medical practitioners, and retail pharmacies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver medication reviews and health risk assessments
- Prioritize prescription safety and technical pharmacy functions
- Explain new therapies and confirm patient understanding
- Acknowledge customers promptly and provide superior service
- Coach pharmacy students and Pharmacy Assistants when applicable

Requirements:

- Licensed Pharmacist in the applicable province
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from recognized institution
- Injection Certification
- Above average oral and written communication skills
- Self-directed approach with strong organizational abilities
