Native Child and Family Services of Toronto seeks a Supervisor, Mooka’am to lead an interdisciplinary team delivering culturally grounded services. You will promote secure, coordinated service delivery using a Two-Eyed Seeing approach and oversee staff development, performance, and partnerships with internal programs and SickKids.
You will supervise Developmental Case Managers, ensure staff are trained in Indigenous practices, and coordinate services for children, youth, adults and families.
