Engineer Microsoft 365 automation and security at Sun Life in a hybrid setting, using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, and REST APIs.

As a Senior Microsoft 365 Engineer, you will solve complex engineering challenges and lead initiatives from requirements through operational transition. You will support Microsoft 365 and Teams while developing scripts, API integrations, automated workflows, monitoring, and deployment solutions. The work also spans enterprise browsers, endpoints, security controls, and technology governance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead initiatives through design, implementation, testing, and operational transition
- Support Microsoft 365 and Teams services, applications, and integrations
- Develop PowerShell scripts, API integrations, and automated workflows




- Design monitoring and deployment solutions for enterprise technologies
- Communicate technical recommendations, risks, and decisions to stakeholders

Requirements:

- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Teams in enterprise environments
- Experience leading projects through production implementation and transition
- Complex troubleshooting and root-cause analysis capabilities
- PowerShell, API, or workflow automation experience
- Government of Canada Reliability Status clearance required
