As Culinary Manager, you will manage the culinary and dining department within retirement residences offering independent living, assisted living, and memory care. Your responsibilities include recruiting, training, and overseeing culinary and service professionals while maintaining resident satisfaction. You will collaborate with Executive Directors, National and Regional Culinary Managers, and residents to execute culinary plans. The work requires creativity, cost efficiency, financial oversight, menu diversity, premium ingredients, and impeccable presentation. Full skilled proficiency in French and English is required.
