The Housekeeping Auditor (Room Quality Inspector) supports housekeeping quality, guest satisfaction, and employee development by inspecting guest rooms, identifying deficiencies, and ensuring rooms meet cleanliness and presentation standards prior to guest arrival. The successful candidate will also assist with the day-to-day functions of the housekeeping department and help foster a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence. Successful candidates should have some experience in the remote or commercial industries. Rotation is 20 days on site and 10 days off site. Review daily occupancy, arrivals, departures, and room priorities with Operations and Housekeeping leadership. Inspect assigned arrival, occupied, and vacant rooms using the Inspector App to verify cleanliness, presentation, safety, and readiness standards. Identify, document, and communicate housekeeping and maintenance deficiencies. Monitor room quality trends, recurring deficiencies, and compliance with housekeeping standards and procedures. Maintain accurate inspection records and room status updates within the Inspector App.
Communicate quality concerns and training opportunities to management. Minimum 1-2 years housekeeping experience. Solid knowledge of cleaning standards and inspection procedures. Experience using inspection forms, checklists, or digital reporting tools.
