Key Responsibilities:

- Review new deal packets within one business day
- Communicate funding delays promptly by phone and email
- Verify employment, insurance coverage, and borrower information
- Document communications in the loan origination system
- Manage escalated or non-responsive deals professionally

Requirements:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to meet deadlines with urgency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Microsoft Office suite proficiency
- High school graduation or equivalent
