Support acute care clients with daily living assistance, documentation, and safe care during day and evening shifts. This position is full-time.

The Health Care Aide works in the Acute department within Clinical Support. You will follow individualized care plans, communicate changes, and document observations. The position requires respectful, confidential service for a culturally diverse population.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist clients with hygiene, elimination, mobility, meals, and feeding
- Follow individualized care plans and report client changes
- Document care, observations, measurements, and fluid balances
- Apply safety measures, infection prevention, and hand hygiene
- Support admissions, transfers, discharges, and client activities

Requirements:

- Health Care Aide Certificate from a recognized program
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support Training
- Demonstrated organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and exercise judgment
- Ability to respect confidentiality and cultural diversity
