Generating quotes and service agreements in our quoting software (QuoteWerks) Entering agreements in our CRM platform (Siebel) Timely and accurate billing of service agreements Working alongside and supporting internal customers (such as Service Management, Account Managers and Field Service Representatives)



Actively working with the Accounts Receivables and Finance departments to ensure timely closure of collections issues Create and manage online workflow processes College Diploma or University Bachelor Degree in course of completion in Business/Commerce (Accounting, Business Analytics, Business Administration, Finance) or equivalent related discipline.
