ClaimsPro LP seeks a full-time Auto Physical Damage and Liability Examiner within International Programs Group. You will handle third-party injury and property damage claims under contract terms. The position includes litigated claims, settlements, mediations, reporting, and stakeholder communication. Experience with Lloyd’s or CGL is an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

- Examine complex auto liability and physical damage claims
- Review third-party injury and property damage liability claims
- Report claims exceeding contract terms to Underwriters
- Handle litigated claims and attend required mediations




- Settle claims and administer payments through trust accounts

Requirements:

- Five to seven years handling auto liability and physical damage claims
- College diploma or equivalent education and experience
- Canadian Insurance Skilled designation considered an asset
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and paperless systems
