We hire people with exceptional talent and create an environment in which every individual can thrive professionally and personally.
Who you’ll work with
As a Senior Manager within our Leadership Recruiting (LR) team, you will partner with senior stakeholders, including Regional Practice Leads, Global Practice Leads and Office Heads, and other talent teams. You will work with your regional LR lead to develop search strategies and leverage the LR best practice playbook for LR hiring within your remit. - Lead senior technology hiring, with a particular focus on the Applied Tech practice
- Conduct competitive due diligence as needed to answer strategic questions,

- Coach and brief interviewers on senior-level candidate evaluations
- Act as a trusted advisor to regional MDs, Regional Practice Leads, Global Practice Leads and Office Heads on talent strategy, not just search execution, and be comfortable delivering tough messages and advising on challenging situations
- Explore ways to innovate and improve our recruitment process, taking into consideration business needs and priorities, talent market trends, and candidate experience
About you
- 8+ years of experience in executive-level search and/or in-house talent acquisition in a fast-paced environment supporting multiple time zones

- Advanced presentation skills
- Ability to independently exercise effective judgment, sensitivity, discretion, and creativity in response to changing needs and situations
- Proven ability to influence and drive consensus among multiple parties
- Ability to manage competing demands with excellent time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
