Working to a full scope of practice, the Registered Nurse (RN) provides comprehensive primary care nursing within a clinical care team focused on the needs of people who are significantly marginalized. This position will have the prospect to support our Old East Village, Health Outreach, and Huron primary care clinics as well as some of our specialized programs including our Refugee Health Clinic, Health Outreach Mobile Engagement (H.
E), Hepatitis C and HIV Care, Gender Care, and Diabetes Care. Hourly rate, starting at $35

- Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan (HOOPP) Postsecondary diploma (RN) or degree (BScN) from a recognized college or university Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) At least 2 years of nursing experience in a community setting OR combination of community and hospital or public health setting; experience in primary care is an asset Awareness and understanding of the social determinants of health and health promotion Strong computer skills,
