The Opportunity You will prepare, cook, and bake food for residents, staff and visitors while ensuring a high standard of sanitation in preparing and handling food. You will complete duties relating to modified/therapeutic diet and baking preparation by following established work methods in a safe and productive manner. You will assist in coordinating meal production and quality and quantity control. Participation in the quality assurance program and departmental meetings is required. Red Seal or Journeyman Cook preferred. Two to three years institutional cooking experience. You are knowledgeable of and able to implement quality food standards and quantity controls.
