Support residents at Prairie Mountain Health’s Glenboro Health Centre through direct care, documentation, and protected daily living assistance. Work days or nights in Long Term Care.

This full-time Health Care Aide position provides clinical support within established standards, policies, and procedures. You will help clients maintain dignity, independence, and optimum health within their abilities. The position includes individualized care plans, communication with the team leader, environmental support, and infection prevention practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist clients with personal hygiene, elimination, mobility, meals, and feeding
- Follow care plans and report client condition changes
- Document observations, care, vital signs, intake, and output
- Apply safety measures, restraints, oxygen,



and prescribed topical treatments
- Maintain clean environments, supplies, equipment, and infection control practices

Requirements:

- Health Care Aide Certificate from a recognized program
- Organizational skills and ability to work independently
- Demonstrated communication skills and independent judgment
- Flexibility with changing techniques and procedures
- Ability to respect cultural diversity and confidentiality
