Build accounting experience at Intact through financial reporting and reconciliation work. This Summer 2027 internship requires 35 hours weekly from May through August.

Accounting Interns support Intact Financial Corporation’s Corporate Finance Student Program. You will assist with financial reports, closing activities, journal entries, and account reconciliations. The program offers hands-on experience for students pursuing accounting careers and includes mentorship from experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and reconcile various financial reports
- Support month-end and quarter-end closing activities
- Review transactions for accuracy and compliance
- Maintain accounting records, databases, and data integrity




- Assist with special projects and ad-hoc requests

Requirements:

- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in accounting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
- Available 35 hours weekly from May through August 2027
- Active student or returning to school afterward
