Support seniors at Oakwood Commons in Brantford as a Personal Support Worker focused on daily living assistance and resident well-being. Reporting to an Associate Director of Care, you will work within Sienna’s Long Term Care team. Build relationships with residents and families while supporting individual plans of care, communication, comfort, and participation in programs. Your work contributes to a home where residents live fully with dignity and respect.

Key Responsibilities
Support eating, dressing, hygiene, and grooming activities Encourage residents to use glasses and hearing aids Administer prescribed medication after additional training Keep mobility devices and call bells accessible Provide cognitive, social, emotional, spiritual, and oral care

Requirements:
Completed approved Personal Support Worker program Internationally Educated Nurse with a nursing degree Proficiency in easy treatment procedures and bedside care Tact and diplomacy with seniors, families, and visitors Eligible to work in Canada and pass Vulnerable Sector Check Bring compassionate resident care, daily living assistance, and bedside support to Sienna’s Oakwood Commons community in Brantford. #J-18808-Ljbffr
