This experienced Trades Recruiter supports attraction, recruitment, and selection across organizational positions, initially focusing on trades roles. You will understand resourcing needs, target qualified talent, and provide informed recommendations on recruitment tools and processes. The work supports business objectives through trusted advisory partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own recruiting lifecycle from requisition through onboarding
- Review, contact, and pre-screen high-volume candidate applications
- Design sourcing strategies using networking and direct sourcing
- Conduct interviews, screening calls,



and selection processes
- Manage candidate pipelines and communications in Taleo

Requirements:

- Minimum three years progressive recruitment experience
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting and construction markets
- Knowledge of Alberta labor market conditions
