The Corporate Store Supervisor I supports all aspects of store operations. Responsibilities include opening and closing, POS administration, inventory replenishment, order receiving, deposits, paperwork, and team leadership. The position also maintains cleaning, wellness, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Open and close the store, including store alarm procedures
- Count tills, balance floats, and conduct daily safe audits
- Restock shelves, barrels, tubs, pails, and displays
- Coach staff and delegate daily tasks effectively
- Assist customers and maintain store cleanliness and safety

Requirements:

- High school education or equivalent
- One to three years of retail experience
- One year supervising a team
- Intermediate communication skills
- Adaptable availability Monday through Sunday
