Deliver exceptional client service as a Client Experience Representative with HUB, using calm communication and accurate insurance transactions. Support callers across HUB Canada West.

This client-facing role combines relationship-building, insurance transactions, and responsive service. You will connect clients with brokers, manage inbound calls, and promote insurance products. Success depends on empathy, composure, organization, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the first contact for inbound HUB Canada West calls
- Route inquiries accurately to brokers, departments, branches, or partners
- Prioritize urgent needs and resolve or escalate inquiries quickly
- Promote insurance products while meeting daily, weekly, monthly targets




- Maintain accurate client records in EPIC

Requirements:

- Passion for exceptional client experiences and service excellence
- Confident, articulate communication and rapport-building abilities
- Calm, organized multitasking under high-volume workloads
- Microsoft Office Suite and CRM or broker-system proficiency
- Call centre, reception, retail, or client-facing experience is an asset
